Branch Manager of Service & Sales

In a key leadership position, you’ll spend a large portion of your day helping our front office team meet the financial needs of our members.  Your teller and member service team will rely on you to support consumer lending and underwriting, product sales, member service, and the security and safety of the branch.  You’ll motivate and coach staff to meet branch goals.  Members and staff will look to you for problem and complaint resolution.

The Successful Candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent
  • Considerable experience in a financial institution or equivalent
  • Lending experience required; underwriting experience preferred
  • Full understanding of credit and savings products
  • Experience in management and supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
