Member Services Representative

We are seeking a motivated, service-driven professional to assist our members with their financial needs.
As a Member Service Representative you will:

  • Evaluate member’s needs and explain credit union services
  • Establish and grow new member relationships with the credit union
  • Recommend deposit and loan products that help members reach their financial goals
  • Build relationships and trust between members and the credit union
  • Interview and assist members in completing loan applications
  • Meet or exceed service, sales and productivity goals
  • Respond to inquiries and assist members with account questions

Successful candidate will be an outgoing self-starter with excellent organizational skills, with preferences given to experience in financial services and sales or lending experience. The ability to enthusiastically present a full range of Credit Union products and services is a must.

Part-Time Teller

Get in on the ground floor of a premier Athens financial institution! We're now hiring part-time Teller positions. Must exhibit professionalism, attention to detail, and enjoy providing excellent member service.

Previous experience in customer service or sales, and cash handling preferred. Knowledge of data entry and Windows environment desired. Excellent opportunity for advancement. Part-time schedule is 20-25 hours per week.
