Member Services Representative

We are seeking a motivated, service-driven professional to assist our members with their financial needs. Successful candidates are confident problem solvers who will be comfortable discussing a full range of Credit Union financial products and services with our members. We offer a supportive environment with the training and tools you’ll need to be successful. You’ll not only help improve the financial lives of our members but be part of an organization that works to create a better community. As a Member Service Representative you will:

  • Evaluate member’s needs and explain credit union services
  • Recommend deposit and loan products that help members reach their financial goals
  • Interview and assist members in completing loan applications
  • Respond to inquiries and assist members with account questions

Staff Accountant

Use your accounting degree to join a team that makes a difference in our community.  We are seeking a motivated professional who is looking to establish a career with our growing business.  Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.  Some experience in individual and corporate income tax and accounting is strongly preferred.

We offer a stable, supportive work environment with a close-knit financial team. You’ll be a key contributor to the financial success of individual members and small business clients.
Position Duties:

• Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, trust and non-profit tax returns.
• Prepare monthly sales tax reports, CAT filing and quarterly payroll tax reports.
• Correspond with appropriate taxing authorities on behalf of clients.
• Produce monthly financial statements and other accounting work for small business clients.
• Perform ongoing data entry and reconciliations using Quickbooks.
• Provide credit analysis for clients of OUCU’s commercial lending department

Part-Time Teller

Get in on the ground floor of a premier Athens financial institution! We are now hiring Teller positions. Must exhibit professionalism, attention to detail, and enjoy providing excellent member service. Previous experience in customer service or sales, and cash handling. Knowledge of data entry and Windows environment. Excellent opportunity for advancement.
