We’re excited to offer a quick and easy way for you to manage your money with Personal Teller stations at our new W. Union St office. Our new state-of-the-art system is the first of its kind in the Athens area. This new banking technology combines the friendly help you get while interacting with a teller and the convenience of using an ATM. Our glass booth personal teller stations offer members more privacy than a traditional teller line.
Member service representatives are available in the branch help you get started with the Personal Teller stations.
Simply touch the screen to get started and a Personal Teller will appear as a video conference, much like FaceTime or Skype. Your Personal Teller will guide you step-by-step through the transaction. It’s that easy!

No. Personal Tellers are able to perform a wider variety of transactions. ATMs can only handle simple transactions, like cash withdrawals, Personal Tellers can perform more complex transactions, like loan payments and transfers.
Personal Tellers can process any transactions except coin deposits, money orders, credit card cash advances, Shared Branching transactions and property tax payments.
No. Deposit slips are not needed, which saves you the time and hassle of completing one!
No, Personal Tellers are not able to perform Shared Branching transactions. Please visit our East State Street and Shafer Street locations for Shared Branching transactions.
