What is CATS Online?
CATS Online is OUCU's secure Internet banking system. Members can view account balances, transfer funds, issue checks, obtain loan payoff quotes, download account data and more ! CATS Online can be accessed through our Web site.
By using CATS Online you agree to have your account automatically enrolled in eStatement service. You will receive an email notification as soon as your statement is ready to be viewed in CATS Online. If you wish to return to paper statements, please contact us or complete the online Opt Out of eStatements form.
How do I get started?
You'll need your member number (enter in the first box) and password in the second box. If you haven't used CATS Line before, you'll need to enter the Social Security Number of the primary member. You will then be prompted to choose a password. This password can be a combination of 4 to 10 numbers, letters and characters.
This password is separate from your CATS Line Voice Response password. Voice response passwords must be numbic.
Primary and joint account members must have the same password.
Members must also agree to Federal Reserve Regulation E: Funds Transfer Act. Please review Regulation E before using CATS Online.
Is there a cost for using CATS Online?
There is no cost for online account access. Check copies for the last 90 days can be found in CATS Online and are free to download. Please see our miscellaneous fee schedule for more information.
What equipment do I need?
We recommend your browser be at least Internet Explorer 6.0 Service Pack 1 or Netscape 7.1. This requirement is due to the implementation of secure socket layer 128-bit encryption. Your browser must be set to accept Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and enabled to accept "cookies". We also recommend a computer with at least a 486/66 MHz processor and a modem capable of at least 28.8 kbps. Members who prefer browsers such as Firefox, Safari, and Konqueror may also be able to access CATS Online.
Am I able to access all of my accounts?
You can access all accounts except some mortgages.
Can I download my account information?
Yes. When you go into the "accounts" feature and select an account to "view more", you should see a download button on the page.

How will transactions appear on my statement?
Transactions conducted online will have the words "CATS Online" displayed.

OUCU and its data system partners have taken several steps to ensure secure transactions. These measures include:
How do I change my password?
If you are currently using CATS Online that function is available by pressing the "change password" button. If you are unsure of your password, credit union staff can reset it. Call the credit union at (740) 597-2800 or (800) 562-8420.
What is the availability of CATS Online?
Online account access is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. However, there are times when the system is taken off-line for routine maintenance.
Will I get a receipt my transaction?
No. If you have a printer, however, you can print a copy of the confirmation screen for your records.
How long does it take for a transfer to show?
Transfers done during business hours will show immediately. Transfers done after business hours will show the next open business day.
Can I transfer to another member's account?
Yes. Press the "transfer to other" button.
Am I able to get a loan payoff amount?
Yes. Please note that your loan balance is not your payoff amount. You can view the amount to pay off today or a date in the future.
To confirm your loan was paid off, you can return to the accounts function to view the loan balance.
If I have several member numbers, can I view all of them at once?
Yes, we are able to link accounts on which you are an owner. Please call us at (740) 597-2800 and let us know.
Are there any limits on savings account withdrawals?
Yes. Federal Regulation D allows no more than 6 pre-authorized withdrawals from any savings account in a month. Pre-authorized withdrawals include telephone, CATS Line, CATS Online and automatic transfers. Pre-authorized transactions do not include automatic transfer to an OUCU loan, payroll deduction, transfer/ withdrawal by mail, messenger, ATM or in person or withdrawal of a check over the telephone, CATS Line or CATS Online.
Can I view copies of my checks?
Yes, just click on the "copy of cleared check" button next to the checks listed on the account screen. Members using Netscape must have version 6.0 to see the check copies. There is no cost for members to view and print checks using CATS Online.
