Electronic Statement Service
Our estatement service replaces your paper statement, saving you the time it takes to receive a regular statement. Your statement will be held securely online until you are ready to view it. eStatement service is a free and optional.
Each month, we'll send you an email reminder that your statement is ready. View and print your credit union statement at your convenience.
Sign up online today! It's easy:
- Read the electronic statement disclosure
- Complete and submit the electronic statement request form.
- We'll send you an email notifying you that your monthly or quarterly statement is ready for viewing. Your statement will be located in CATS Online account access.

We'll let you know when the next issue is hot off the press! Another option is to read our newsletters online so you won't miss out on any important information. The newsletter will be mailed quarterly to credit union households. The monthly newsletter will be inserted in paper statements and be available electronically.
Trouble-shooting
If you can get in the eStatement system but are unable to view your statement with "quick view" or in the "estatement archive", try uninstalling all versions of Adobe Reader and reinstalling the newest version. (To install/unstall go to your "control panel" and "add/install new programs".

By using CATS Online you agree to have your account automatically enrolled in eStatement service. You will receive an email notification as soon as your statement is ready to be viewed in CATS Online. If you wish to return to paper statements, please contact us or complete the online Opt Out of eStatements form.
Previous eStatements
If you previously were getting eStatements, those past statements will continue to be held (until further notice) in the mykeptdata online vault at http://oucu.mykeptdata.com. Statements as of March 2008 are located in CATS Online - simply click on the "electronic statements" button.
