With everyone's lives getting busier every day, it can be difficult to keep track of all your account and loan activity. CUAlerts is a FREE online service that can help you stay current on your OUCU accounts. Using email and text messaging you can receive account updates while you’re on the go!
CUAlerts is accessible from within CATS Online. To start receiving account notifications, sign-on to CATS Online and enroll in CUAlerts from the main CATS Online menu. Once you are enrolled, you will find that CUAlerts makes it easy to customize your settings by choosing the types and frequency of alerts.
While there is no charge by OUCU to use CUAlerts, standard text message rates apply if you choose your mobile phone as a means of notification. Please check with your service provider for your text message rates.

Payroll/ACH Credits - Notification sent when an ACH (automatic) deposit or payroll direct deposit is credited to your account above an amount you specify.
Deposit Account Balance - Notification sent when your checking or savings balance falls above or below an amount you specify. You choose which deposit accounts you want this notification for as well as when you want the notifications (daily, weekly or one time only).
Loan Account Balance - Notification sent when your loan balance falls above or below an amount you specify. You choose the loan accounts you want this notification for as well as when you want the notifications (daily, weekly, or one time only).
Loan Payment Due - Notification sent to inform you of the date your loan payment is due. You specify the number of days in advance you would like to be notified and whether you would like the notification sent only once or daily until the payment is due.
Certificate Maturing - Notification sent to notify you when your certificate account is maturing. You specify the number of days in advance you would like to be notified and whether you would like the notification sent only once or daily until the certificate account matures.
Checks Cleared - Notification sent when a check clears your checking account. You can choose to be notified when a specific check number clears or when a check clears above an amount you specify.
Insufficient Funds - Notification sent when a check fails to clear your account after overdraft protection and savings transfer options have been exhausted. (Please note that this alert does not pertain to Visa Debit Card transactions. Additionally, when you receive this notification, you may be subject to NSF fees. Please refer to our fee schedule.)
Automatic Withdrawals - Notification sent when an ACH transaction is debited to any of your accounts above an amount you specify. For example, when a utility bill payment is automatically debited from your checking account
Bill Payment Notification - Notification when an online bill payment has been made successfully. Also may notify you when an online bill payment was unsuccessful.
Mortgage Payment - You can customize this alert to notify you of your mortgage balance, when a payment is due, when a payment is past due, or when a payment has posted. PLEASE NOTE: If you have an L18 mortgage loan, you will need to sign up for the "Loan Payment Due" alert.
Debit Card Transactions - Notifications when debit card transactions are above an amount you specify. You will get a notification when the payment is authorized as well as when it has posted.
Personal Alerts - Make any type of customized notifications – a birthday reminder, a reminder to check your balance, or for a doctor’s appointment. These notifications can be customized to send a set number of days before a certain date or can be set for a date range.
