New CATS Online Banking is here!
Old CATS Online will be discontinued on July 27. Starting July 28, you will need to use online banking.

Our new upgraded online banking system features:

New dashboard layout take a look
Enhanced security features Choose your own username, more sophisticated password and site marker
Events calendar Keep informed of OUCU events or even add your own dates
Quick funds transfer Use the convenient transfer 'widget' on the home page and save your regular transfers as 'favorites' to save time
Secure message center Communicate with us securely when you need assistance
Forget username Retrieve username/password anytime, day or night
Friendly account names Rename your accounts as you wish


Current CATS Online banking users: Register for the new system using rapid registration.

Mobile banking (available after you have registered for new online banking): new mobile banking link
    You will need to bookmark this until we make the full switch to the new mobile banking & app. The older version of mobile banking will not work after July 8. Starting July 9, you must use new mobile banking.

  • You will have a new username and new password for the new system.
