New Credit Card Change in Terms Effective January 1, 2010

There is no fee to make a payment online in CATS Online Internet banking, at ezcardinfo.com, in person, or by calling the Credit Union call center during business hours at (740) 597-2800 or 1-800-562-8420.

If you’re out of town or it’s after-hours you can pay by phone using a special phone number: 1-800-237-6211. There is a $10 fee to use this service. You will be asked to read the MICR line at the bottom of the check which contains the routing number, checking account number, and check number. The payment will come from your checking account. Calls made before 5:00 PM EST will post to the cardholder's account the same day.

Payment Period

New: We will no longer advance your due date if you make more than the minimum monthly payment.

Unchanged: We must receive the Minimum Periodic Payment shown on your billing statement by the payment due date. If your balance is less than $10.00, your payment due will be the entire balance. If your balance is over $10.00, your minimum payment will be 2% of your outstanding balance if you have a VISA Platinum or 3% if you have a Gold or Classic MasterCard. While many banks have changed their minimum payment percentages, OUCU has not.

Make your credit card payment online

To make your credit card payment online, use the "Transfer" button in CATS Online Account Access. First choose the account from which you would like the payment to come (checking or savings), then choose the corresponding credit card "S" type that will receive the payment - S43 for Visa Platinum, S42 for MasterCard Gold, S41 for MasterCard Classic, or S40 for MasterCard Student. Each evening, funds in your credit card "S" account will be applied to your credit card balance. We will only credit your card balance with the amount you have transferred to the credit card "S" account.

Payments can also be made online through ezcardinfo.com service.

Pay by phone service

If you find yourself out of town and away from a computer when your credit card bill is due, there is now another way to pay - by phone.

Simply call 1-800-237-6211 and have your checkbook ready. Calls made before 5:00 PM EST will post to the cardholder's account the same day.
