Membership
Students must be members of the credit union for this loan program- membership is simply a $10 balance (that's your 'share') in a regular savings account. There is no monthly fee. Read more about our great student accounts.
Easy repayment
We can set your loan payment to automatically come out of your OUCU checking account every month - it's hassle-free. Payments can also be made easily with an online transfer from your checking account in CATS Online homebanking.
Payments can also be made by mail, at any of our branch locations or at any Shared Branching credit union teller line.
*For terms greater than 12 months, our current rate sheet would apply. Subject to credit approval. On at $1,000 loan for 12 months at 6.99% apr, your monthly payment would be about $87. Other rates and terms available. Must be enrolled Ohio University student or incoming freshman.
