Accessing the CATS Line

  • Step 1 - Call (740) 597-2828 or (800) 562-8420 (press 1 for menu, then press 1 for the CATS line). You must have a touch-tone phone.
  • Step 2 - Choose an option:

PRESS 1 - for CURRENT RATES

PRESS 2 - to ENTER YOUR MEMBER NUMBER AND USE VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM

PRESS * - to END THE CALL AT ANY TIME

To Enter the System You Will Need to:

  • Enter your member number followed by the first two letters of your last name, then press the # sign.
  • Enter your personal identification number (PIN) then press the # sign.

Note: When using the CATS Line for the first time, you will need to listen to the instructions and input the Social Security Number of the primary member. You will then need to select a personal identification number (PIN) that is at least four digits and no more than nine digits.

  4. Inquire on specific check
  5. All transaction history
    * Escape from this option

Press 4 - Interest or Dividend Information
(enter account type)

  1. Interest/dividends paid this year
  2. Date/amount last dividend paid
  3. Interest/dividends paid last year
    * Escape

Press 5 - Loan Information
(enter account type)

  • Payment information, next due date, past due, payoff for a specific loan
  • Loan payoff information
    * Escape from this option

Press 6 - Payroll Information

  • Date of last direct deposit of pay

Press 7 - Tax Information

  • Interest, dividends, and tax withholding for this year
  • Interest, dividends, and tax withholding for last year
    * Escape from this option

Press * - Escape from this option

2 TRANSFER FUNDS

  • Press 1 - Transfer to another account (i.e., from savings to checking within same account number)
  • Press 2 - Transfer to another member's account (i.e., to a joint checking account - a different account number)
  • Press * - Escape from this option

3 WITHDRAW FUNDS

  • Press 1 - Request a check for yourself
  • Press * - Escape from this option

4 OTHER SERVICES

  • Press 1 - Change your password
  • Press 2 - Estimate a loan payment
  • Press 3 - Request a copy of statement
  • Press 4 - Report a lost or stolen OUCU Visa Debit card
  • Press 5 - Report a lost or stolen OUCU MasterCard
  • Press * - Escape from this option

5 ENTER A DIFFERENT MEMBER NUMBER

6 TRANSFER TO A MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
