Reopening Information

We welcome the opportunity to provide in-person options for our members!

Please help us protect the health and safety of our community by observing special hours for those at greater risk and following new lobby guidelines.

Expanded Hours and Lobby Services for E. State & Shafer Offices Starting June 15


Monday - Friday
9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.   Special at-risk hours continue
11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.   Open to all members 

Lobbies remain closed Saturdays until further notice. 
At-risk populations include those ages 60+, individuals with disabilities or anyone designated as high-risk by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

In-person assistance with accounts, loans, and other member services available by appointment only. When arriving for an appointment please call (740) 597-2800, then wait in your car or outside. We’ll call you back when the member service representative is ready to see you.

At this time, the W. Union Street branch will remain closed. Details on reopening will be announced later this summer. 


IMPORTANT -  Lobby Guidelines

  • Facial coverings are required for anyone entering branch
  • Limit 10 members at a time
  • Maintain six foot distancing from others
  • Please do not enter if you or a member of your household feel sick, have a fever, cough or sore throat.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Shafer Street

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, closed from June 20 on

Call Center

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Our member service representatives are happy to assist with account opening and loan applications using e-sign services. Please feel free to contact them by phone at (740) 597-2800 or by secure email at Zix Secure Email.

Rest assured we are following protocols which include required face coverings and daily health assessments for our employees, regularly sanitized workspaces, good hygiene practices and limited branch capacity.
