Tax Organizer Form
New tax clients
We welcome new clients and you do not need to be an OUCU Financial member. We will need you to fill out all the forms in our tax organizer, and we will need a copy of your prior year tax return. You may complete and print the form following the link below. When dropping off your documents, you will not need an appointment. We will need to obtain copies of your identification and documentation of eligibility to claim dependents.
There is a fee for our tax service and payment for this service is expected prior to any tax returns being filed.
Tax Organizer Form
Appointments are not required as we do not prepare tax returns during appointments. We offer a document drop off service and will call, email, or text at the time the return is prepared (whichever form of communication you choose). We do offer appointments for consultation or tax planning. Tax planning appointments are limited during the busy tax season and can be requested anytime throughout the year.
