CATS Online is OUCU's secure Internet banking system. Members can view account balances, transfer funds, issue checks, obtain loan payoff quotes, download account data and more!
By using CATS Online you agree to have your account automatically enrolled in eStatement service. If you wish to return to paper account statements, please contact us.
In the CATS Online login area, click on "First-Time User Enroll"
Once you go back and enter CATS Online, you will be asked whether you want to "register this computer". If you register your PC, you will not be asked a challenge question.
The CATS Online password is separate from your CATS Line voice response password. Voice response passwords must be numeric. If you haven't used CATS Line before, you'll need to enter the Social Security Number of the primary member. You will then be prompted to choose a password. This password can be a combination of 4 to 10 numbers, letters and characters.
Primary and joint account members must use this same password.
Members must also agree to Federal Reserve Regulation E: Funds Transfer Act. Please review Regulation E before using CATS Online.
What is the Security Code?
The Security Code is a randomly-generated number that appears each time you try to log in. It is for added security to eliminate fraudsters from randomly selecting account numbers.
What is my Security Image?
The Security Image is a word or phrase you create that will be converted to an image that can help you identify our CATS Online Internet Banking as a legitimate site. When you log into CATS Online you will see the Security Image after you enter your password
What does "Register this computer" mean?
If you choose to register your computer, you will not be prompted to answer one of your secret questions. You will still have to enter your account number, PIN and the random Security Code. If you delete your browser cookies on your PC, you will have to re-register the computer. The secure cookie will periodically expire on your computer and will require you to register your computer again.
What does "This computer is a public computer, do not register" mean?
If you are using a computer that is accessed by numerous users (such as a library) we recommend you do not register your account on that PC. We only recommend you register your personal computer at home or at work.
What is a cookie?
A secure cookie is a small text file with hashed content that is placed on a computer to help identify the user. In this case, the cookie that is stored on your PC during login lets you bypass your personalized security questions whenever you access CATS Online in the future.
The secure cookie will periodically expire on your computer and will require you to remember your computer again. When you clear or delete your cookies, you will be asked one of security question when logging in. You can then select "register this computer" again to avoid having to answer a question.
