Logging In to the New Online & Mobile Banking
- Log in with your existing username and password
- Businesses: Log in using your personal account. You’ll conveniently see all accounts you can access.
**Debit/Credit card lock and other card management features will be available in a couple of weeks. Please call us or message us securely through online or mobile banking to lock or unlock your card.
*Joint Account Owner's Note: Joint account owners cannot set up account alerts, view statements, access primary account bill pay, skip-a-pay and access the primary credit card. These services can only be accessed from the Primary Member's login.
Currently, the primary member cannot see the joint owner's information. We are working to get that information added to the system.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BUSINESSES
Protecting your identity with a One-Time Password (OTP)!
When you sign into our new digital banking, you'll be prompted to select how you would like to receive your unique code. You can choose to receive a text, email, or voicemail.
Once you have the OTP, enter it to confirm your identity and keep your accounts safe from fraud.
Select REMEMBER ME to bypass this security step on future logins!

Logged Into Online or Mobile Banking and Have Questions or Issues?

In Desktop Online Banking
Select ‘Messages’ in top right
Select ‘Support Messages’ then ‘New ticket’
Choose a message type and begin. We’ll respond as quickly as we can.
In Mobile Banking App:
Click on the Question Mark.
Click ‘Support’ then ‘Create New Ticket’.

Online and Mobile Banking Features
What is NOT Changing
- Online and mobile banking log in credentials
- Routing and account numbers
- Account nicknames
- Debit and credit card numbers
- Checks – Continue using your current checks
- Direct deposit and automatic payments
- E-statements – History and access
- Future dated and existing internal funds transfers will carry over
- Current bill pay and scheduled internal and external transfers will carry over
What IS Changing
- Mobile App – Update to our new app!
- Joint Owners – Will need to set up their own login with their own username and password.
- Cardholders with transaction alerts – Your debit alerts previously set up should work. Credit card alerts should be available in a couple weeks.
- Searching for a transaction – This feature will be live again in a week. You still have the ability to look through your account transactions.

- Set same day travel notices with immediate updates. You can now select ALL cards when posting a travel notice.
- Customize spending and fraud protection alerts (Coming Soon!)
- Set daily limits on, or order replacement cards.
- Freeze/lock a card temporarily.
- Report card lost/stolen and request a new card.
- View card number and CVV 3-digit number for all cards.
Please Note: Only primary account holders will have access to debit and credit card controls.
