Important information for businesses as we transition to a new online banking experience.

 

 

ATTENTION QUICKBOOKS AND QUICKEN USERS 

Due to a server update with Quicken, you'll need to complete these important steps

BEFORE SERVER UPDATE: 1st Action Date: By September 21, 2025

  • A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by this date.
  • Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the update.

AFTER SERVER UPDATE: 2nd Action Date: September 22, 2025 

  • This is the action date for the remaining steps on the update instructions.
  • You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.

Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the update instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
