New Online and Mobile Banking
Important information for businesses as we transition to a new online banking experience.
Business Online Banking Access
IMPORTANT: Your current business login credentials will not transfer to the new system. The new system will be organized around your Social Security Number. All owners/signers on the account will need to enroll for their own access. With our new person-centric organization - all of your accounts will be conveniently located under one login!
Here’s what you need to know to access your business accounts:
If You Have a Personal OUCU Membership:
- Simply log in to your personal account using your existing username and password. If you do not know your password, you can reset it when the system goes live. Once you download the mobile new app, you can set up
biometrics again, such as Face ID or Fingerprint. - Because the new system is organized around your Social Security Number (SSN), you’ll automatically see your linked business accounts.
- To manage your business accounts, click “Business Memberships” in the upper right corner.
If You Do Not Have a Personal OUCU Membership but Are a Signer on the Business Account:
- You’ll need to enroll in online banking to gain access.
- Start the enrollment process using your name and SSN, as access is now linked to individuals via SSN.
- Select 'zip code' during the enrollment process instead of the business membership number.
If You Are Not a Signer on the Business Account:
- The account owner(s) must log in and assign you a role under “Role Management” to grant access to the business account. This exciting new feature allows business owners to customize access to their accounts for their various team members and vendors!
What’s New for Businesses
- New Way to Log In –You will no longer need to register your business account separately for online banking access! Your business memberships will automatically display in your personal login.
- Role and User Management – This is the same as our current Secondary User Management. This allows any authorized signer on a business account to add non-signers as a user and manage their access to the accounts from full access to view-only.
- QuickBooks and Quicken – Find important Intuit information below

Due to a system update with Quicken, you'll need to complete these important steps.

Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the update instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
